We offer Pilates classes for beginners right through to advanced levels with Steve Jordan Pilates. The studio is a 5-minute drive from the guesthouse - transfers to and from the studio are included in the package.
Designed for men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes, our Pilates program provides the platform to effect real lifestyle change through encouraging a positive mindset and increasing self-esteem, all in the idyllic surrounds on the unspoilt shores of Betty’s Bay. Ideal for solo travellers or for small groups of friends to enjoy together, the goal is for each guest to leave physically and mentally invigorated, and with a set of new friends.

Steve Jordan, a leading Pilates expert with more than 25 years of experience, will guide you through the routine to correct any problems you may have. His unique Steve Jordan Pilates method combines Pilates exercises, personal training and elements of dance into a uniquely effective Pilates workout.
During the sessions you will be guided through a series of activities to tone and strengthen core muscle groups. Within only three sessions we correct back pain, any neck tension, shoulder or knee injuries – and that is guaranteed. What’s more – you will also benefit from a good cardio work out, loose weight and attain suppleness and long lean muscles, so you will feel great and at least two inches taller by the time your leave!
